This allows you to purchase a home visit online through our site.  A home visit consists of a trainer visiting your home residence for an hour (1) to help aid in identifying any dangers that may not be obvious to family members.  A home visit also incorporates our gait and balance training depending on space available at the client's home. Home visits must be within 30 minutes of Alpha Neuro Fitness headquarters.
